Being a data nut, I'm curious: Why is the throttle trace not scaling in the ranges of 0-18% and 96-100%?

Not as hardcore, but I do notice the lag in throttle response when trying to blip rev-match during high RPM downshifts... I actually have to give it stomp and hold instead of just a "blip"
