Yes. The bolt came out. My pulleys were hanging on by a thread. Check your torque, don't just torque and assume it's good. Check it warm and cold.

Very possible that it fell out. You don't measure a "90* turn" with torque. You measure it with an angle torque wrench.

I hope you guys aren't talking inHg because you both definitely have a vacuum leak if you are. These motors should be pulling -19 to -20 inHg at idle and can go higher when off throttle in high vacuum situations. Remember not every boost/vacuum gauges reads in inHG and PSI though.

Mine always reads like that even before SC. Picture is with E85 flex tune.

user manual states that the 5w-30 can bu also used and that's what many people with FI use on their cars..being in Texas, I would never consider 0w-20

I am not sure how is that even possible, I've attended 2 track events after the KW kit and after many many pulls I didn't run into any issues.. I will check by torque again to make sure..

btw, why did you torque it to 120 ft/lbs? Is that just a random number?

Looks like you might have A/F reading in the LCD screen, and your boost/vacuum in the LED portion.

I read somewhere in this thread others were torquing to 120. After torquing to that it hasn't budged. I even tried to remove the bolt to replace it with a brand new one and couldn't get it to budge. So said screw it, she's staying in.

(-10) pounds per square inch = -20.3625437 inHG

We have to make sure everyone is talking in the same units. It appears that both of you guys are pulling the correct amount of vacuum at idle.
