Problem solved ! The flashing CEL is now gone, here is what I found:

The DCC fuse (30A) was never removed from the "delivery" position during PDI into its original location, instead, there was a (15A) fuse installed, here is the pic:

Only the 2013 premium (normal ignition key) 6AT cars have that connector. I was confused myself when I started doing the PDIs on them. For 2014 the 6AT is only available in Limited, so none of them have that connector anymore.
