That's a preference thing. I ran with yellows and stock sways but ended up beefing up my front sway for autox. There's nothing wrong with running the two together, it's just a question of how you want the car to behave.

Id like it to main the stock feel which is fairly neutral with a hint of oversteer. More planted and a little less body roll. I don't want to make the car twitchy or prone to snap movements. I've been messing with cars long enough I know that it's not hard to make the handling worse than stock with the wrong set of springs. I'm not likely to go FI if that helps so likely staying with stock wheels and stock size tires.

You'll like the RCE Yellows. Get a good alignment and enjoy. Adding sways is easy later if you feel the need.

It will definitely improve the handling. And I'd say to leave the stock sways if that's what you're looking for. I will absolutely vouch for the yellows.

This. If you want a bit stiffer suspension though, the RCE Tarmacs are good. Be sure to add a little front camber with any springs that lower your ride height as that will lead to a lot of understeer if you do not.

Andy and/or Miles,

Aside from height adjustability, is there any benefit to going with Tarmac Zeros over Tarmac springs and Bilstein shocks? The spring rate is the same either way. Thanks,

jeff

You can get a little lower and maintain more bump travel with the Tarmac 0 coilovers.

The Bilsteins may not have as much damping off the shelf as the Tarmac 0s, but can be revalved to be pretty awesome.

Two good choices.

Does Swift Spec R spring over kill our stock shocks with its higher kg/mm?

IMO it's just a little too firm for the stock shocks. Not the end of the world to run them together, but I would not.

Not sure if you considered this but you might want to look at strut tower bars as well, as an alternative to sway bars. From what I know, those are of a slight increase in steering response.

I wouldn't bother with chassis stiffness on a car that has stock drive train and suspension bushings. That's where your largest compliance issues are with a stock car. Steering response increase that is truly noticeable is hard for me to see.
