I honestly think that 3.91v is too low for 5psi boost -_-..

UPDATE: P0108 cel code is solved with a higher voltage limit.. i set it to 4.91 and no more cel. yeeaahh me. ^_^

You need to double check your tune. Maybe ask shiv to resend it?

idk why, but it was at 3.91 "could be an older tune", the same as the stage 1 tune for 93oct, so i figure since the map is able to go from 0 to 5v , setting it at 4.91 should still be safe

I don't want to install the software, but if you want, you can PM me your email address and I'll email you my tune so you can check for yourself.

I never had a CEL code thrown at me except for the display one, which was due to plugging in the OFT at times.

thanks for the offer, but the cel issue is already solved.

Good find, mine's set at 5.00 directly from Shiv.

Must have been a revision somewhere along the line, like you said.

Just a quick query. I know that Rob must be very busy with his work and getting these kits sorted out, but how long should I wait until I get a response from him? I sent a PM to him one week ago regarding the purchase of one of his TQ-25024V's. I don't want to pester him by sending him more PM's if he is busy but I would like to get one ASAP.

He might have missed it, you could try to send one again and ask to be added to the waiting list. I believe all the orders for the frs/brz have to come through this site via PM, not the phantom site. As long as he can find your first PM you will likely be added to the list in order of contact, so I don't think you need to rush. I don't know how long the waiting list is, or how often he will send out shipments, but I believe that even if you get on the next shipment, they will not ship out for at least another month, probably longer. Keep in mind, you will not be asked for payment till they are ready to ship.. I am on the list somewhere myself but don't know if I will be in the next shipment, or 3 shipments from now, so unfortunately ASAP might not be very soon.

Although if he does have time to stop by, maybe he could give up some sourcing info on the battery posts he uses for the negative extension cable for the starter battery, I am still putting my relocation kit together, and I need those posts with threads long enough to fit a ring terminal/sheet metal/ and lock nut. Will be posting a diy when I am done.

I would try to contact through the phantom site as well. That's what I did to get mine. Good luck, you will be satisfied with the investment

The Phantom ESC isn't ready for Australia yet. Last I heard, @Robftss wants @Gums to test it for a month before making it available. That was about a week ago.

The car is running more efficiently in the normal powerband. This is totally possible.

I installed the 1.5 dump pack yesterday. I have one thing to say.

Nice.
Very Nice.

As has been said many times before, it just pulls all the way to redline.
The whole setup looks very professional like it belongs there.

This really is the way the car should come from the factory. It's well worth every penny spent. Remember your car when it was stock? I was actually thinking about replacing the motor with the 1.8T out of my VW. I was that disappointed with the torque of the stock engine.
But now I can blow my VW away!
