Also, only one of the clamps is in line with the install (rear PCV hose near the transmission), so it really isn't a 'do it while you are at it' kinda thing. So unless you have a super nice installer, it probably will be billed extra time. That being said, it shouldn't be more than 30 minute job by a professional, probably less.

I would definitely clamp it, mine always pops out. Been too lazy to clamp it

Thanks, I will tell them to take care of it. I should be getting it installed later this week or probably next week.

Ah-freaking-mazing. It's everything advertised and more. It is, in my opinion, now the perfect DD / Track weapon.

Only small issue I had with the install, as previously stated by other owners, was bumper fitment. The pipes needed some man power to get into place, but this wasn't a big deal at all. Also, if Jackson Racing wanted to make this install completely brainless, they could create a installation guide with BOTH the oil cooler kit and SC kit steps combined. I had to flip back and forth between both kits, but just a suggestion more than a complaint. Install went very smooth.

I had mine installed yesterday. And this little cricket is a beast now. What spitz said above. My install was was flawless tough. I even let Mike have a lunch brake😬. 8.5hrs between the time the counter space garage door opened and I drove out. We also did camber bolts, front rotors, brake pads all around and stainless steel brake lines. Thanks Mike and David.

@CSG David or @CSG Mike I have an OpenFlash Tablet. Is it possible to get the TIY kit initially and run it with the OFT? And then later on down the road I can upgrade to Ecutek?

im trying to load the CARB tune and EcuTek tells me that:

a standard tuner license is NOT present in this ECU. Programming will consume a flash license. What am I doing wrong?

Go into EcuTek and check for updates or licenses. It'll ping EcuTek and then ping you back saying your program is connected or whatever. You should be able to load the tune in from there.

That is normal. You have a license, and you marry that license to your ECU during the programming

Call my cell and I can VNC into your laptop from home and program your car for you if need be.
