This is the first time I have ever heard of 93 being crap gas lol. I think you have it mixed up with ACN91 which is actual crap gas.

Nonetheless great results from motomikes tune!

After seeing the oil temps at the track, I would advise anyone that drives his 86 like he has a pair to NOT install the blower without a cooler.

I'm in the same boat as Taino.
Need - cooler - NOW! haha

I just finished putting clamps on all the hoses mentioned above, thanks for the heads up, it was very difficult to do it, but since we haven't receive the sc kit yet we had more space to work. I'm still confused about what oil cooler you guys are using. I want to install one now that the bumper is out.

Only confirmed oil cooler is the Forester XT oil cooler and the one kraftwerks makes but doesn't appear to be for sale.

Got my kit today, can't wait to get it install. Going to inventory everything but so far looks like everything is there. Can someone confirm what tune I got is it delicious or kraftwerks tune, the ecutek box has the kw sticker on it.

That would be kraftwerks then, if it was delicious it wouldn't have come with. You would of had to buy it from delicious. Now delicious did do the kraftwerks tune for them but that's neither here nor there.

may the schwartz be with you....

I've been watching this thread closely since there are quite a few more BRZ/FRS buyers for this kit than for my car (S2000). Everyone's experience on here pushed me even harder to return my kit.

There seem to have been some common problems across the board. I was missing a good chunk of my kit, things like:
*tune
*supercharger cover
*valve cover hose
*an intake block off plate
*intake manifold coupler
*all hoses, couplers, etc to connect the air injection

Then, some were not compatible:
*fuel injectors
*'t' fittings

After waiting and waiting for nearly 3 weeks I was told that new pulleys are being machined. I remember a few clicks ago on this thread some bit about the pulleys chewing the belt out. Some of the S2000 guys believed it was a tension setting problem (and manual tensioner is a very primeval solution on this kit btw). In effect, the pulley and belt system was not machined properly.

So I returned the thing and it's one of the best things I've done lately. I didn't see it as much as returning a kit but returning the Kraftwerks experience. I can drive my car now, I don't get lied to in emails every other day, I'm no longer a beta tester, and I don't have to worry about what bits will break off when I track.

I'm spending the money to track every other weekend. I push other people's broken cars around and enjoy talking to the other drivers instead of wrenching and worrying.

So there it is, a big thanks for everyone sharing their experience, and I hope mine helps.

Cheers

Huh. Guess I should do an inventory on mine ASAP. lol

FWIW - I found a red sticker in my ECUTEK box, that said contact your vendor, this sheet isn't supposed to be here.
What ever that means...

Good luck to you. No problems with my kit :-)

Well I think darn near every person was missing something. I don't even have the coupler and I had them check in person, I've been waiting almost a month for it now. There's nothing like spending $4300 for a months worth (so far) of table ornaments.
