anyone tried retro fit these reverse lockout onto the auto stick? will they fit? I've seem people fitted the MT boot and surround to an AT but still having the AT knob.
I just like the color of it, no need to get into AT vs MT, or AT pretend to be MT.

Anyone have one of these?

Curious to see if there are any issues with the Beatrush reverse lockout. Namely, rattles/noises. I couldn't find pictures of the inside... does it have o-rings on the inside like the Perrin or Raceseng?

Yup, just put mine in yesterday.

It's pretty much an aluminum-ized version of the stock lockout (in form, function and make). It does NOT have the internal o-rings though. As I've said, I've only had it a day, but so far I don't really think the rattle/noises is a going to be an issue.

That being said, the Raceseng does have a single o-ring at the base (and costs about $20 more, ~$80)...Then there's the Perrin that has 2 o-rings AND a grease channel (for about $30 more, ~$90).

So, it depends on your budget and how obsessive you want to be against a problem (rattle/noise) that may or may not really be that big an issue (if at all).

The budget I don't mind. But I would hate for a rattle to occur. Main reason why I like the Beatrush is because it doesn't have branding showing. And it's cheaper, of course.

I would prefer to keep my car rattle free.

Thread Necromancy go! Does anyone have any suggestions on what punch to use to get the bastard pin out of the reverse lockout to install this? I've got a 1/8th short punch that isn't taking it, is there a longer one available somewhere?

Looks like you need a 3/32" punch.

I did it . You need two hammers or one and heavy piece of metal. A dive weight would work. Remove the shift knob .Hold the weight or hammer on one side and tap on the other. Easy as Cheers Sandy from Nelson New Zealand
