Weight for wat? performance? or gas saver? I c neither here. And theres a thing called profile.

I mean, it make sense if those smaller rims will make the car looks better, like these in the pic。And again, I just dont like them personally. It doesnt mean nobody gonna like them.

btw, there r ton of rims+tries with low weight.

Well, why do people go for the lightest 17 inch wheel on this forum and lightest "performance" tire? People could go for the lighest 15 inch wheel and tire, even more weight savings. Gas? Nah.

The TRD special you posted above (which i love) is mostly using that 15 inch wheel for the extra sidewall. Tons of oversteer fun if you have those 195/55r15. MMMM.

Wheels that don't fit: VW Jetta 15x6 ET38

Wanted to use these as slide around crap ties, but they touch the caliper

They are the stock steel rims with 195 65 15s on 'em.
Putting one on it looked like a perfect fit, but no dice.

You need the right offset. Might as well stick with 16's.

I just figured I'd share this find so others don't go through the trial and error phase as well.
15x6s aren't listed in the wheel matrix anywhere

The size isn't the problem. It's the fact that I tried the stock STEEL wheels.

They rub on the caliper, trust me.
