Yep. If that doesn't make it clear they didn't copy the Cayman's window, roof line and windscreen rake, I don't know what will.

Wrong year Cayman bro... That's a 981. They used the 987. Go back and read my evidence and stop posting. You're making yourself sound increasingly ignorant.

Go read! It is all there if you would just read. You already admitted that you didn't read the articles.

Did you even notice that my Cayman is parked between several 86s in one of the pics and the window line and windshield rake are the same? I'll bet you glossed over it and thought it was an 86 as well.

No, I immediately saw it because the ugly frog eye headlights and bubble-head roof stuck out like a sore thumb among those much more elegant 86s.

I went back and forth on the FRS/BRZ and a Cayman for a long time. Spent many hours lurking here and other forums. I had to have taken 10+ test drives in each car. I ended up going with the Cayman because I had to have the Porsche and my current financial situation allowed it. I love my 2014 Cayman but still have my eye on a twin as a second car... one can have love for both cars.

Nah, I don't hate Porsches. They are amazing machines. I just don't think they are particularly attractive. But that's never been what Porsche is about. They build a driver's car. Looks have always taken a back seat to performance. Usually the people who drive them accept that.

But now I realize I was wrong about you. I kept wondering, "Why is this guy so hell bent on believing these cars look alike," when they clearly don't. But now I see that it's not that you're embarrassed by your 86, but that you're embarrassed by that fugly Porsche. If Toyota copied it and ended up with something that looks as good as the twins, that would mean your Porsche is not nearly as unattractive as you feared.

Sorry 'bout that.

You didn't even read the posts, you don't own both cars, you have no business in this thread.

I said good day.
