I only buy gold-plated, diamond-encrusted gauges made in the mountains of Japan by samurai artisans.

A P3 gauge is a good buy, then.
On phone I am. Therefore, if mistakes I make, Frank Oz blame you should.

You mean fittings, and they come from McMaster-Carr.

My apologies, I meant to write 1/8 PT. I found a 1/8 PT x 1/8 PT elbow at trico-oilers.com Haven't searched though their whole inventory for a PT to NPT adapter though.

Although some might disagree with this, bspt and nt threads are nearly identical. If you use Teflon tape and tighten it down really hard, it won't leak. I think the difference between the two is like a couple of threads tighter out of 30 or so
Obviously an adapter is the better bet, but this will work in a pinch Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

I run the P3Cars Vent Gage. I really like it, however I find myself wanting to monitor AFR and Boost at the same time sometimes so I might be switching soon.

Another option is to tap the gallery plug fitting as needed

Funny you state my thoughts. I have a gauge for the wideband that I might install as soon as I find a pod that isn't intrusive. I love the P3 for that. Greddy has a multi gauge that reads boost full time and I think two others. I wonder if it can do AFR as well.

This galley plug is NOT NPT. It is BSPT. Different threads. Auto meter makes a BSPT to npt adapter that should be used. |
