Damn Depo has a good record too. I never heard of anyone with problems.

This is the first. Honestly ravspec should just send you a new one and rma it out for themselves with Depo.......

yah i never heard of anyone with issues except me it happens so im not tripping. just Ravspec takes a little while to do things which is what sucks. they told me to pack up the lights since like friday morning and i asked when UPS was picking them up and never got a response..im hopefully sometime before x-mas i get my lights fixed. yah i would of liked to get some new lights but they need to send them to Depo they said and then i get a new set.

That's most unfortunate, sorry to hear. However, it is standard RMA procedure for most companies to have the defective product sent back first before a replacement unit is sent out. They should at least respond and provide a pre-paid return label and cross ship to reduce delays.

We usually ship ahead of time so there is no down time and time spent swapping product over and over

well after 4 emails and waiting 3 days for UPS to pick up the lights which never happened i requested for a refund and they replied immediately and gave me a prepaid shipping label so i returned the lights yesterday. so lets see how long before they get the lights and then decide to send me a new set.

they told me last week on tuesday that i needed to package the stuff up and UPS would come by..i waited until friday and they finally said just be patient UPS will come. I waited until yesterday and just asked for a refund and within minutes i got an email with a pre-paid label. I dropped it off the same day so we will see how long that takes and another week to get the lights..going on a month now.

I think at this point it wouldn't hurt to ask if they're able to send out the replacement while the RMA is in transit back to them. Hope you get it resolved swiftly!

i did ask them and they said they cant ship anything to me until the old tail lights are received
