Hey @SHIFTER, I can't figure out how to wire up this aux port adapter. The car harness currently has blue-yellow, white-blue, and orange wires that would respectively connect to white, red, and black on the adapter. I'm really not sure how to repin the adapter.

Got shipping info! Said shipping label was created may 1 but also some jazz about holiday and delays...plus weekend I assume. How long from shipping label did yours take to hit your door @SHIFTER?

go into the file manager - you'll find a ton of APK files in the root of the C or D drive - i noticed for some reason when installing apps from the play store, it retains the install APKs.

Once you delete them, you'll be good.

PLEASE post if they give you an update for the unit though

3 days, literally.

This is a new unit though, don't be surprised if they're backed up with orders - so it may be a few days.

I vaguely remember the brown, orange and pink/green where the wires you need. But its literally been a year since i wired mine up.

I won't have a chance to pull my stereo for a few days - but i'll do it when i can to verify.

That is a temporary solution indeed, but when the device has gigabytes of free space, cleaning up 50 MB of APK files shouldn't really matter, and yet, it does. Something is wrong there.

Won't lie I had the same issue as youre explaining, it seemed to have gone away after I did a system restore though so i chalked it up to a rogue app I installed. I still go delete the APKs after installing new apps though.

Will is definitely gonna take care of us though, so def. let us know when you hear back

I did.

the stock ca-fi launcher still sits atop it (the one that you can pick the stock radio app and such from).

I decided it was easier to stick with their stock launcher and such. So far no complaints.

Mine just came in this morning. I'm going to try to install it tonight. Wish me luck!

I ordered it April 25th. It shipped May 3rd and arrived May 5th. Not too shabby.

Ok, so far, I've hooked things up but not installed permanently due to a few issues. First, can't get the backup camera working, I have a rydeen duo with an RCA output and a red power cable that is supposed to get power when shifting into reverse. This worked on my stock BRZ HU with the help of SVXdc's harness. I hooked that power cable to the "Back" brown wire coming from the Ca-Fi's black harness and tried both the Reverse Video In and regular Video In with no image when shifting to reverse.

The other issue is the aux port, I'm getting audio, but it's very quiet and lacking depth. I looked at where the wires were hooking up to the AUX harness in the back and I used the blue/orange and blue/yellow pins for the white and red wires respectively and the blue/white pin for the ground (I also tried the orange for ground, no difference heard). I noticed, @SHIFTER, you mentioned you tapped into the pink/green wire, not sure if it's different on the FR-S, but I didn't see the pink wire going to the AUX port. Maybe the AUX port just sounds like crap in general, I'll live with it. But really want to get the backup camera sorted out tonight.
