sorry guys, I'm probably gonna just one off this piece for my self, its really hard to find a manufacturers and tune shops are kind of assholes if you're not in the business. 99% of answers were, "nope, not gonna work, you need to R&D it, what if it falls off? Who's liable when they break? Do you know how difficult to make this?" is the answer I got and just got fed up.
When I get the time fab something up for my self, I'll post pics and see if people are still interested at the time. Tune industry dudes are full of phuckstains. I'm sure there are great people among the crap like Visconti and Toni.

did a quick search to see what other alternatives are out there, but it looks like i will be going with these:

Now I understand what DF (unicorn rear spoiler) goes through.. Making prototype parts is not a place for amateurs lol. I though for such a small piece, this would of been relatively easy.
I may pursue this more seriously this summer.. Sorry to be a cock tease guys, I really want this for my self as well!
