Ive had mine since June of 2013. I have logged about 20,000km so far. I have had no issues but now that i am on Shiv's OFT tune things are even faster than they were before.

So far the only cars i have compared against are a genisis 3.8gt auto, this was neck and neck from 0-120km/hr....once his auto shifted into 3rd i started pulling ahead of him.

Also have had a short go against a 2011 WRX, same thing as the Genisis, neck and neck with a easy launch and WOT at about 3000 in first gear.

With the ESC it is so easy to get off the line, just feather the throttle a bit at 3000 or so and then go WOT once the clutch is fully engaged.
