I would check with AVO. They didn't like people using thicker gaskets last time I checked.

Hi Astroboy,
The kit ships with new gaskets. If you didn't get them call AVO or message them. It's also been mentioned several places to check all the torques after a few heat-cycles of the turbo. There is so much existing info in the AVO build threads to help new owners who are installing the kit themselves avoid problems. |

I guess that depends on what you connected to your PCV line by accident.

The actual PCV line should be untouched (passenger side). The drivers side crank case breather (sometimes mistaken for a PCV) and AVO oil reservoir breather should tee together and go back into the pre-turbo intake tract port.
The BOV should tee into a vacuum source. Aside from those, I don't think you should be splicing into anything else

Yeah, that's the actual PCV line. I guess it is under vacuum so I don't think it's the end of the world. I'm not sure if this is good advice or not, but personally I would move it over to the brake booster just in case.
I'm re-doing my catch can setup and ordered a new PCV line myself, so if you do end up replacing it, they're only like $10 from a dealer.
