Unichip Error Code

Hi Jack or anyone who can offer some guidance.

I installed my unichip device last week and the check engine light came on and the traction control light was constant. I uninstalled the device and cleared the codes and went on with my way. I re-installed it this weekend and once again the check engine light is on and the traction control is constant. We scanned the ECU and the code that popped up was P0113, having to do with the air intake. I have read through the instructions diligently several times and everything is hooked up correctly.

Any suggestions?

I have not worked with Unichip, but are you running an aftermarket Intake? What tune are you using? Maybe you are using a tune that is geared for more airflow and a different MAF ratio so you could be running to lean? (I am very new to this stuff so take my questions for what they are worth) Just trying to provide you with ideas.

I'm running the Drop in Filter map and the Berk muffler delete. I appreciate the input though, I look into what you've noted.

Hum looks like everything is in line. When you put the drop in, did you manage to get housing cover for the filter all the way back on? People have said it can be a pain to get back on. Anyways the vendor has seen your post so you should be taken care of. GL and I hope you get things sorted. BE sure to post the issue so others can learn.

Me too!

I am running a Unichip with Greddy intake, high-flow cat, Perrin Resonated exhaust. Chip was tuned for these. I ran it in the "Agressive" mode, position 1 for about two weeks and no issues. I flipped it over to the other position"0" when I refueled with the same level 91 Octane. After about half a tank of fuel, I have a check engine light and constant VSC amber light.
Any one?
Thanks.
