Hey rob if there is anyone that wants to do the mod that I did to make the build easier for the 1.5 kits I can help them if they come down to San Diego.

Will do a more in-depth write up but here's my dyno from today:

AFR between 2-3.5K was way too lean, hitting 15-18.

Is that with Shiv's tune for standard Stg 2 or the tune for ESC?

Shiv's Phantom SC tune.

I was hitting about 4.5 psi peak.

Good results. For sure over 200whp with STD correction.

IMO 15 or so is okay down that low because it only last for a second and the load isnt that high.

Were you getting that reading off the tailpipe ? They read notoriously lean more often than not.

If you aren't getting any knock correction and your IAM is good I would say all is well.

If you have seen the stock tune it runs about 16 down low and 14 most of the way to redline.
@shiv@vishnu what's your expert opinion on this?

Thanks

Careful with interpreting AFR data from Dynojet's tailpipe mounted o2 sensors. They will usually lean spike at low airflow rates due to fresh air contamination as they are usually not placed far enough upstream in the tailpipe. In this case, it's better to read AFR off the OFT since it measures that from the stock wideband located in the header. Also do you know what gear it was run in?

Also, 199 SAE correction is probably going to be around 205-206whp STD corrected depending on your conditions. So that's right around where it should be I think.

Cheers
shiv

Thanks Shiv! I'll do some logs and send them over. I think i need one of your e-tune's anyway now since I've added a front pipe and intake.

4th gear pulls.
