Hopefully have a 0-60 in the mid 5s and a whole lot more torque down low.

The OFT Stage 1 tune has been nice. The ESC should be really nice. The only other thing I'm considering doing - at least engine wise - is the OFH.
My thoughts exactly. Stock clutch is good for around 225 WTQ before it begins to slip. So even with E85(we should be just below that) Imagine 230 WHP and 215 WTQ. That is going to be fantastic.

I have been talking to Rob: As of 3pm today 6 out of the 10 May kits have been spoken for.

I love seeing this movement gaining steam

Looking forward to seeing everyone's impressions on the kit!

Not sure why I'm waiting, still running as stock. The only piece that I'm missing form this list is the ESC and that will have to wait for funding. There always seem to be budget constraints when owning your own home, at least for me that is.

Should I do anything else while I'm on there? I'm renting the dyno so I can do as many pulls as i like.

@shiv@vishnu any tips on this?
Hiya... Could you email me your old E85 tune? I can try to update it to current map release spec. May car is currently not a good test car at this point since it is running NA with power blocks installed at this moment. And the ESC is currently being put in another car (Lotus Elise).

How soon do we expect E85 be ready for public use?

What are you thinking, man. You have an upcoming wedding and hopefully this happens but once. I hope everyone will understand when I say, she's more important right now. Your tech knowledge is awesome from my perspective and I'm still studying. Tweek if you feel the need, but take a break. We will survive for awhile without you and enjoy the moment (it's rare to begin with). Working more than you need to (I understand passion), can come again later. My best wishes.

Now you made me feel bad about asking and sending the tune.

It's okay! I'm getting married but I'm still working. It's nice to have an understanding fiancee. I won't be able to work on it immediately. Especially given the other things on the workload. But i'll nip a way at it as time permits

I have personally explored this and came to the conclusion that the ESC has the potential to become a restriction when paired with other FI solutions. The tq 300 may be the solution.

A more interesting approach may be to incorporate WMI kit for fun.

My batteries just arrived today! Boy were they heavy.

Rob shipped out my kit on Tuesday, but the postal system is saying that it's still in Calgary. Literally refreshing that page every 10 minutes, even though I signed up for instant text tracking messages on all activity updates.

I assume these are the ones you ordered?

http://www.phantomsuperchargers.com/batteries.html

Did you go with that starter battery? Or something stronger? I want to do the 1.5 dump pack and keep everything under the hood... but we have temps down to -15C here occasionally.

Rob, is that starter battery going to be strong enough to work all winter?

And also, if I were to go with a stronger, larger starter battery, would I still be able to get the 1.5 dump pack and the starter battery under the hood?

Thanks.
