Yeah, but then grab another orb and then you turn in to a badass dragon or werewolf guy and start kicking ass.

Not the dreaded black circle ! Who can blame you now... I'm sure the half circle will make all the difference! There is no reason to list the high mileage twins.. Not with the black circle looming in the distance..

Disclaimer: for the last part, maybe the 10% of the people on the thread, the other 90% thank you very much for your help and advice. I appreciate your time. The rest of you, I truly feel bad that this is how you get your excitement in life by trying to make fun of other people so your sense of self can be inflated.

Yeah, it's taking a bet. I took the Camaro bet. This doesn't mean that I will have fewer problems, but this was my gut feeling at the moment. There's not much of a difference between a black circle and half a black circle. I'm more familiar with Camaros and can fix them if there is a problem.

Once again, I will be looking to see what happens with the higher mileage cars and if there are any issues. I don't see what the problem is with that.

1- girl loves cars and wants more info, gets info first hand info from owners. Girl chooses to ignore info and list life history.
2- girl goes to buy car but is scared of noises to which again is explained as a non issue. But continues to ignore all facts and input. Tells group to file class action lawsuit for noise.
3- girl drives second car, polar opposite of first car and loves it. FT86club shrugs shoulders and says whatever.
4- girl justifies big car purchase based on CR black circles. Cruel FT86club members shake their head and wonder what it was all about wishing they could get their mouse click back..

The FRS has 200 hp but feels worlds faster than the Camaro and hauls more ass than my Challenger. I was really surprised. The closest thing I have driven to compare it to would be a Porsche. It feels the same size as a Porsche and has that same kind of road feel. The Camaro totally lacks that road feel.

I totally understand what they mean in the reviews when they say that this is a driver's car. This car was all over the place, took corners like a lunatic, and was screeching tires.

That said, I am not used to the clutch at all. The Camaro is pretty close to my Challenger. The FRS was a completely different beast. You definitely had to shift it more and it was way harder for me to get the thing started. I stalled it like three times when we first started moving.

Is the clutch feel different on foreign compared to domestic cars? Is there something about how this car revs?

I'm assuming this is Toyota's new Supra. I'm happy that they finally have a sports car in the lineup again since it's been a while.
I had trouble with the clutch initially, but I like it now, and very much. In short, this car gives you lots of fun, especially on turning. Do I need to change gears more often? Yes. But why not? This is the fun part after you get used to the clutch. I usually keep the RPM around 3K, and enjoy so much for the speed and acceleration. Plus, I get 29 mpg on average.

Nope, no problem with that.....

Reminds me of back in the day (here we go again .. ) in my Uncle's Chevrolet dealership, listening to the "old coots" talk about that new 1950 Chevrolet on the showroom floor, with a automatic (powerglide) transmission.

"It will never catch on - you have to manually shift gears"

"It will never hold up"

"Automobiles need more than two forward gears"

Well, folks, by the end of that year, over half of the Chevrolets sold had a powerglide transmission. The powerglide transmission was used by GM for the next twenty some years.

Time to go eat my oatmeal .... and take my meds .....

3000 GT Forum...much different crowd. I've looked at some of your other threads and you guys just jump on people and make fun of them etc for no reason. It must get old eventually. It's like with some fake name you can hide and be the **** you always wanted to be but were too afraid to be in real life.

I love the Smokey and the Bandit Trans Ams. I have a '78 set up as a track car. Awesome car, but I'm literally getting like 7 miles per gallon on premium because of the build.
