I have. Actually quite easy on jackstands although you may want to have someone hold the header up for you from the top while you thread a couple nuts to hold it in place.

I did the install on jackstands no problem. Actually I think if I'd removed the oil dipstick from the block at the start I wouldn't have even had to jack up the motor.

Well, I was thinking of a soloution for @mad_sb but luckily i was working on my furnace recently otherwise it would have slipped my mind as well.

i did and did not lift the motor at all. You just need to move your plugs an such after you remove the stock unit. I just needed one good bump with my palm to pop it into place. But I have had other long tube headers off and on several times already so I'm used to pulling guard on those face suckers and wrestling them into position.
