Yes, you can have it taken off. I'm not sure how much time you've after your purchase the car..but, I recently took mine off the 14' mazda 3 I bought. It was 2500 + 950 for some warranty bullshit they never told me about and tried pulling a fast one on me. Got that shit taken off quick the next day!
