IMHO, yes, but I'm an intolerant old fart who despises the whole "look at me I'm a ricer and I don't know crap about actual performance" thing.

If you get a Magnaflow how about posting a sound clip after it's installed?

I got an alumanized steel 2.5" mandrel bent header back exhaust with no cat for my Z for $200 installed . id assume double if it was dual exhaust. I think the prices for exhaust kits are ridiculous , since a good muffler shop can make you an exhaust that's just as good for 1/4 the cost.

You actually got a great price for a headerback. This is just a muffler for 200

3 videos covering my Magnaflow exhaust... custom shop CBE fabricate & installed. I originally did not run a resonator - but after a week.. added a 24" job to muffle the rasp.

Just had it installed. It sounds great! Nice and deep. Here is a video, although I had my dad drive the car so he wasn't really juicing it too much

People on these forums seem to get caught up on stainless exhausts. If you don't live somewhere with snow and salt etc the aluminised steel will last a long time and tends to sound more mellow than stainless.
