hopefully what they give you will pay off the loan and get you started on the new one. I would go after the 350z owner for the difference in what is owed on the loan on the old car VS the new loan and some "you piece of shit" money for your troubles.

seriously, you should do that. people don't learn unless it really costs them
I paid for mine in cash so I don't have to fool with loans, but there will still be a difference, that's for sure.

Basically the only thing that didn't break was me. But I have all the detailed reports and well, I've been in your shoes so I'm here for ya.

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor. I just found your thread with pics from your accident. I'm so glad you're okay after that!

That right there is a gratifying car buying experience. I bought mine after my second caught fire while driving had enough saved for the min down payment.

but getting a new car wrecked must be worse than that.

Mine had less dmg and was 14,000 to repair.

You got it.

Unfortunately they're presently offering me less than what it would cost to buy even a used 2013 BRZ, so that's not going to cut it.

Check EBAY for used BRZ's. There is a silver one there with about 12,000 miles.
