why would you want to ruin the handling of a car thats known for its handling

*puts on flamesuit before the camber gang sees this

-2 to 3 degrees will help handling, not hurt it. We're not talking insane stance nation like the photo you posted.

That looks like way more than -3, but its not my car. However, if doing tracking/autox/spirited driving camber helps the tire from rolling over on itself and -2 seems to be a happy point where treadwear isnt really hurt as long as your toe is sorted

I see what youre saying youre right, the camber allows a more even load on the tire when theres cornering force

We met in a meet in Brooklyn not like a formal greeting but I checked out your car, I used to live in NYC
Or was the meet in New Jersey? It must of been almost a year ago or even more

Flat road for at least a mile down, and where I did burnout before logging.

Sears alignment printouts (they don't print out exact numbers for these free alignment checks):

Stock + Camber bolts front and rear, little more than 3/4 tank of gas, no driver

My measurements before taking it to sears:

F Toe: 3/8" in R Toe: 1/8" in

FL: -1.8 FR: -2.0
RL: -0.8 RR: -1.3

Removed factory muffler and installed track pipe, zeroed front toe, little more than 1/4 tank of gas, 150lbs driver in seat, no other adjustments made

Got out of the car and remeasured after I saw the toe out.

@mike156 Let's see what numbers you got.

I've got no numbers. I question yours simply because they seem all over the place with no real correlation to anything. Seems like error in the measurements and nothing more. What you are taking from your numbers sugget MASSIVE bumpsteer. Undrivable amounts...

That road has crown in it...most/all roads do so water drains off the side of the road.

Just a question though, did they not have a steering wheel lock on the car while doing the alignment? Because getting in the car with a typical lock on is going to be a bitch, if even possible.

No steering wheel lock. They place these attachments on the wheels, center the steering wheel and roll it forward in neutral until some indicators turn from red to green on the monitor.

Those were the numbers I measured myself, and they appear to match what sears measured on their machine. Doesnt seem likely that my measurement and sear's measurement were off by the same a mount and in the same way. I'd appreciate if someone else do these same measurements to confirm or deny.
