Full bolt ons, no power gains?

So I just installed a borla UEL, catless borla frontpipe/overpipe, Invidia n1 catback, and a Perrin drop in filter. After that, I took it down to ftw tuning in eugene and had it dyno tuned. Without a tune, it dynod at 160whp 135wtq. After the tune I was up to 168whp 139wtq and still had the huge tq dip that header usually fixes.

Did I miss something? Did I do something wrong? I can take pics of anything anyone requests. In fact let me go take a picture of the dyno sheet for you guys.

Depends on the dyno, the conditions, and the tune.

Some dynos show a lot different power. I think a Mustang dyno is one. They read on the low side.

It was a dynocom5000. Shop owner said it doesn't read lower than other dynos.

How so? Every thread I see about it claims gains. I'm aware it isn't the best made header out there, but I've never even heard of no gains or power loss.

Check the flanges...I've seen issues with them on the borla's before...

When it was installed all the flanges were solid. Even so, I have no exhaust leaks. How could that cause me to be 10 to 20hp short of where I should be?

But even without the tune I was at 160whp. Most dyno charts I've seen on here say 175 to 180whp untuned for a borla uel.

Could my perrin panel filter have been over oiled and it messed up the MAF? I didn't add anything to it, it just seemed oily out of the box.

Unless it was dripping with oil when you put it in, it's most likely the normal amount of oily.

It wasn't. Damn this is really bugging me. I was expecting 180 to 190whp with this setup, because that's common for the mods.

Did the tuner alter your cam timing? What are you tuned with?

Cam timing? No clue. As for program, i believe he used open source. I'll call him tomorrow. I think i might just end up ordering an OFT at somepoint, either that or ecutek and figure it out myself. Even still, untuned i should be seeing more than 170whp according to this thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37225.
Plus i have a filter, catless front pipe, overpipe, and a catback! After all of that i was only at 160whp untuned. Makes no sense at all. Full bolt ons and i was 5hp short of stock. I know some motors don't react well to mods, but it's been documented over and over again that these motors atleast make a little power with all this.
