When I install my EL headers will I need any specific tools to get a torque wrench on the nuts? Can't quite from the pics but it looks like the center nuts might be a tight squeeze.

The EL is a lot easier than the UEL. You can get a 14 deep in between the runners on the single bolt/studs. It can be done with normal hand toold

Just received my UEL Headers for my FR-S. Very impressed. Thanks JDL!

Should include on an instruction list, highly recommended tool: Crowfoot Flare-End sockets for UEL installation. Makes it so you can actually get something around the nut and not at an angle if you only have a 3/8" ratchet or the same goes for a torque wrench.

Got a chance to hit up LRP yesterday. Had my passenger seats down which made the exhaust notes (Yes, notes. This is music, people!) even louder and clearer.

Loving it!

FYI I am a newb and I was not looking to push the car to the max since it was HPDE1 and I only have 3300 miles on the car when I started the track day. My downshifts were conservative (sucked). So please excuse the shitty shifting/driving lol.

3300 miles and on a track? That is how it is done! Car sounds excellent! Only push it once you are comfortable with the car.

I will be autocrossing in a week, so I am going to have record something right?!?!

Thanks! Yeh my instructor was telling me to push it harder but I was not in that comfort zone yet.

I actually had it on the track at 1000 miles LOL. Got the car in Sept and had it on mid Nov.

I'm actually rethinking my go pro setup. One in the interior (in that spot) and one in the exterior somewhere.
