Have you checked the run out of the pulley yet? You wouldn't be the first I've read about with either the pulley or the hub having a run out issue.

I'd involve Innovate, your car ran perfect stock, so why since SC install? Confirm you running Innovate Pulley on the charger?
Have you fitted light weight pulleys by any chance?
Does not add up, I've had my kit and idler pulleys off more than 5 times, incl stock belt and shorter Blue Gates, with 80mm down to 70mm Sprintex and Raceseng pulleys, with no issue.
How's your oil in the charger, maybe a washer worn which could cause the pulley to vibrate under load. Just a thought.

I have both Moto-East's and Delicious's flexfuel tunes, so I will eventually run them both and provide my thoughts (and possibly dynos) of the differences. I will be running the moto-east tune to start.. I need to get a map from Delicious that supports my wideband o2 via the secondary o2 input (as i really don't want to rewire that sensor every time i reflash to compare).

I have some parts coming in the mail on Tuesday so that I can build a harness to make swapping which sensor is connected to the rear o2 input much easier. So worst case scenario i will be able to run the delicious tune by wednesday for comparison sake.

What aftermarket intake pipe? Nobody makes one to sell in quantity AFAIK. Any muffler shop locally to you can probably fabricate an alum or SS pipe for you.

The SC whine does increase a bit. Not dramatically, but def noticeable.

Apparently adding the 3" perrin CAI in place of the stock airbox works and helps bring out the whine. @moto-mike may also be releasing a warm air style intake.
