2nd'd. BRZ stock ride frequencies should be in the 1.4-1.5 Hz range, front and rear.

From my experience with Eibachs,
What i have read about RCE & RS*R's & Swifts and the rest, Id say:

RCE=Swift>RS*R>Eibachs=HKS>Tein

Aren't RCEs made by Eibach though? So are you saying that their particular rates are better than what is available in the Pro-kit or Sportlines?

Yes. The only experience I have had with Eibachs was a Pro-Kit on my last car, they were nice, but a bit crashy for my taste, IMO.

RCE and Swift provide more of a performance related spring than a lowering spring, (like 20 mm lower than stock)
Whereas RS*R is a blend of asthetics and performance (25-35mm lower than stock). The spring rates are in that little google doc higher up

Eibach does make our springs for us...made to our specs with our own spring rates and drop. They're great to work with and make a quality spring (made in the USA). But they're definitely "our" springs.

We actually had our first prototype spring on a test car before the car was even released here in the states. That was fun.

I highly recommend a spring that comes with replacement bumpstops. Sportlines IMO are too low but I think Pro-kits are fine springs. Swift BRZ rates are fine, but I wish they included bumpstops. Still a quality spring.

Anything that lowers more than inch is making sacrifices for looks, even if you replace the struts.

That thread has what I recall are the right numbers (there's a typo where he listed FR-S rear twice, the lower number is supposed to be BRZ).

The ride frequency is what you are after.

Edit: and a follow-up! I'll be running stock wheels for a bit, so was going to get spacers. I don't want to make them hellaflush or anything, was thinking 15f/25r. I know B2 is a vendor here, but is there anything wrong with just getting hubcentric spacers off of like Amazon?
A bunch of people I very much trust in terms of performance setups steered me to the RCE Yellows. I finally got a chance to install them a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. They soak up small bumps in the road better than the stock springs and keep you very flat through the corners. The amount it cut down on my body roll in AutoX is incredible.

Any pics of the after shots? I'd like to see the amount of drop if possible.

Couldn't we cut our bumpstops for Swift usage? Or perhaps you also sell some bump stops?

It may have settled a small amount since this picture was taken but that's about the ride height. For me I'm not a fan of a huge drop, was interested in performance first and foremost, and didn't want something that was too low and would kill my struts overnight, so this was the easy answer.

I'm glad to see that @Racecomp Engineering is all over this thread. They're the springs I'm going to buy when it comes time to upgrade.

As much as I love the springs, I would seriously look into how much time (and cost if you pay someone else) those bushings take to install and adjust before going that route. Scared me off.

I don't think the bushings are necessary (could be wrong though) and I'm a big fan of doing stuff right the first time, having learned the hard way about the alternative.

Yeah, with just the springs, I've got rear camber of -1.9 on one side and -2.4 on the other. Perfectly fine IMO.
