Cusco Verticle Air/Oil type Catch Can Install help

Hey was wondering if someone could give me a hand on the install of this. Ill be getting it in the mail today and just need some help on where to route the lines etc. If someone who has one installed already could chime in and put some pics showing where all the lines need to get routed for this to work id appreciate it thanks.

i have this installed on my car, the instructions arent in english, but the pics are pretty straight forward, should take you about 30 minutes max. the hose comes in one long piece, so ull need to cut it to get two separate lengths of hose.

so did you install your lines how the picture showed that came with the can? because ive read of people installing the lines in various different configurations and saying this and that on how effective it is one way or another.

The best way to connect it will be inline with the PCV valve on the back of the block that connects to the back of the intake manifold. Remove the hose from the intake manifold and connect one of the clear hoses to it and then connect the other clear hose to the back of the intake manifold.

when i installed mine the last things i did was run the hose. i connected on end to the can, clamped it on, and ran the other to the pcv, eye balled that i would have enough lengh to run the second hose and made my cut. if i remember correctly i halfed the hose.

ok i got the back of the PCV valve under the D4s cover now the back of the intake manifold when i remove the hose the cusco hose is too fat for the inlet thats sticking up, did you have to modify a piece of the stock hose to get it to fit snug?

Yep. The D3PE can uses a hose barb fitting to connect to the OEM hose and you have to cut it where the hose is the correct size because as you know it changes sizes near the back of the intake manifold.

yeah i actually cut the rubber stock hose where it connected to the back of the block, that skinny plastic piece that sticks up, i took the stock hose cut off the end and made it long enough to stick in the cusco tube and sinch down with the clip. So now it fits great, gonna check it in a day or 2 make sure its not leaking.
