All I saw was top notch customer service. First they try to assess the situation and give guidance in a timely fashion. Then when all else fails they offer to pay for the item to be shipped back for further investigation.

N/A car owner has been out of town. Supercharged car the dyno canceled on him twice... I'll text them for updates and see whats up.

I didnt know it was you emailing until after you asked the lead time question. I went into your profile to find your name so I could look up your info but there was none. Once you asked the question I knew who it was and was able to pull up your order and address info for the return label.
As for your fitment issue I was trying to help by going over some standard questions and trying a few things before you sent it back. I dont think that was a bad thing to do. If it our mistake we have no problem saying so but we need to try some things on your end before it comes back to us. If that was wrong of me of it came off in the wrong way im sorry. Ronnie |

What exactly haven't i done to help them fix the issue? Take a half dozen photos? We already had prior email correspondence and they were well aware of who i was and what my order number was.
