I say drop em a call and see what's up. I called to get an update/reminder just incase they forgot, also felt kinda sketchy that I gave em my card info a while back ago and still didn't see a charge go through even though the have the information stored. I have a NASA event coming up later this month(29th) so I'd like to have it in prior to it.

Will you be able to provide detailed pics of the item and pictures of the idler pulley/bolt clearance?

exciting I used to live in Tampa and was going to Orlando a lot so I know how hot it gets during the summer so if the oil cooler works for you it should work for everyone here

I'm in SW currently for work. But summers do reach 105+ pretty often.

We've got a few updates for everyone!

Note:
-All testing was done using California 91 Octane
-At Kraftwerks we use a Rototest hub dyno, a more common Dynojet will read about 7% higher.

Original Kraftwerks Tune vs Revised Kraftwerks Tune "r2" - (stock header and exhaust on both pulls)

Revised Kraftwerks Tune "r2" vs high boost - (stock header and exhaust on both pulls, smaller blower pulley used for higher boost. C30-94 used on both)

High boost vs High Boost with aftermarket header

C38 blower low and high boost testing - (aftermarket header on both pulls, high boost tune is unfinished, more power on the way)

So... which tune was submitted for CARB approval? Because if the tune changed, then that means the CARB submission has to be re-done as well...

Kraftwerks Rotrex Supercharger Discussion

My take-away: Spend the ~$100 on the smaller pulley or C38 upgrade, but not the $600-900 on aftermarket headers.

Update: I can personally attest that their updated "r2" tune is much better than their original factory tune. If their CARB process gets postponed by a bit I wouldn't be too upset just as long as it will eventually get approved. Looking at the C38 plots now I'm wondering if I made the right choice going with the base C30-94 KW kit. Maybe I was misinformed but I was led to believe the C38 would have required other relatively significant mods to achieve 300+whp (injectors, fuel pump, clutch, maybe full exhaust).

and your purpose for pointing this out is??

it will be the new tune that gets certified

for those that dont know, the longest process with CARB approval is not the lab testing...its the paperwork submittal and approval process. the paperwork has now all been approved and will be going to the lab for final testing and approval.
