Yeah, I'm already married so it's cool. I just want the access to your fabrication skills. Haha. I've thought about building several things you've already done before I even found this thread, I lack the fab shop.

Anything is possible with a welder and enough patience. My two tig welders are my prize possessions.

I saw your strut bar and brace in the back seat. Have you thought about fabbing all the suspension and chassis braces underneath the car? examples
I've considered picking up a welder and relearning how to weld just for that kind of stuff, honestly. It seems like it wouldn't be difficult, even for adjustable toe arms and trailing arms. An adjustable LCA is probably out of my reach, but even then it's not that complex of a part. |

I did make a brace like the cusco front power brace. When I ran it I felt no improvement so I took it off. With this cars new found power I'm sure some rear subframe area bracing will be in order.
I have thought about boxing the factory front control arms and rear trailing arms. I think a lot of the under side suspension braces out there are just bling if you install them on top of the sloppy factory bushings.

Do you feel a big difference in chassis stiffening with these supports in? That is awesome work BTW. Very clean!

This is the final variation, see the top corners are slightly different, this is now powder coated red to match the front bars.

Final got around to finalizing the intercooler supports and oil cooler lines. Also added a tow strap to get it onto trailers.

Also got my flaring tool in so I can try out making hard lines with a AN nut and sleeve. This will be the water lines for the GTX35.
![]() Pressure testing my first attempt, it passed. ![]() These lines are pretty cool, three parts to them. The flare, 37 degrees to be exact. Then the sleeve and nut pull it all together.

In the last shot of your intercooler, you've got a metal post coming off the intercooler and going through two metal bars. If the intercooler shifts back and forth during cornering, do you think that would squeak at all as it rubs on the bars?

There are rubber grommets around the mounts if I'm understanding you.
