Do you tune for flex fuel? Might even be worth it to take a road trip
Yes I can tune flex fuel. My own vehicle will be using a flex fuel setup once I finish assembling my motor (hopefully this week!) I should be tuning a JRSC with flex fuel car this week as well.

That track pipe must be louder then hell with the header. I find the 3 " system is tame under 4k rpm. The header's power kicks in at about 3.5k. Currently I am seeing an approximate 10% increase in mpg without driving in a fuel efficient manner.

I heard his car is person. Cold starts are super loud with the track pipe

Well had to make a choice on pipe size I guess and I'd rather have 3" bore to suit a 3" exhaust for best power rather than hold back my 3" exhaust with a 2.5" header

There isn't two header sizes, just the gasket. The 3" gasket won't seal properly against a stock or 2.5" over pipe. They all have 3" collectors.

A few pics from my install yesterday.

Installed the catted overpipe/frontpipe combo at the same time. Took off my muffler delete pipe and put back on the stock muffler.

I'm anal and had my cylinder head porting stuff on the bench, so I cleaned up some of the welds on the inside a bit.

One pic shows pretty clearly how much room there is between the header and the fans. Its not as close as you would think it looks when looking at it from other angles.

^This. The mode of failure did not indicate my network blocked it, but rather that Pbucket shit the bed. In any case it's working now.

My order #4789 just got updated to 'Completed' hopefully the coating is done soon as ships out this week!

Can't wait to hear what nameless header > 2.5" nameless op/dp > evo 3 sounds like!
