Yeah all of the loop headers require you remove the header to get at the crank pulley. Best to do them at the same time.

Don't get me wrong from the photos both headers are beautiful design and construction . The Nameless looks more robust.

I wonder what the weight difference is between HKS vs Nameless. I remember a Borla header embarrassing an expensive name because it was so light, but I'll sacrifice quite a few pounds to hold up to winters. Having been a coatings engineer I'm not willing to pay for any coating, way too many things can go wrong. Nameless probably have it perfected, just a personal quirk.

Why would you not spend the extra $20 on a $1200 header install for new gaskets....

They are metal crush gaskets designed for one time use.

the folks that have installed theirs already are out having too much fun to bother with sounds clips, videos etc... Give them a day for the grin to wear off and I'm sure we will see some media.

Gives me a good idea though to record a couple before and after in car clips as well as road dyno pulls. Mine is at the coaters, I imagine, so it will be another week or so for me. But that gives me time to make clips with my fa20 header.

@nelsmar Too bad you aren't closer or I would take you up on that offer. No sound clips yet, still having too much fun lol

Do you tune for flex fuel? Might even be worth it to take a road trip

What do you guys think about the header at 3.5 rpm? Additionally, post your thoughts on the mpg impact? I have have been quite regarding what I have been averaging the past couple of weeks but I have seen a nice increase...

35.7 average on a 95 mile round trip to work. At 3500rpm as far as sound or power? Sound was too much for me with a track pipe so I put my stock muffler back on this morning. Power increased but not by much because it needs a new tune

I should have mine installed next week with an OTS tune. Will report back on wether it helps aside from the fueling.

Going to try and get virtual dyno comparison done as well
