We really need details on what this is. Otherwise, it's just vaporware.
A real surge tank solution typically starts at about $1k, so if you have a real solution for less, I'm all ears (as are hundreds of others) |

I personally don't need this yet, but I'm interested. I think we all want to see more, not just "if I make a thing to fix this problem will you pay $700 for it"? without actually knowing what the thing is. |

I would be interested. But like other said depending of what you are up too and how it is going to be made!
But before coming with a pricing, what did you factor in? Cost of parts + labor + R&D?? Also since we have both injectors system, how are you going to work with that? When you are asking for a pricing when you have a product, it show me 2 things. You don't believe in your product, because you would already know the price your parts will be worth and not how much we are going to be willing to pay. And that you have only a small idea in your head and you want to see if there is money to be made of that. Usually it works the other way around, you make the part, because you know there is an issue and from there you retail the according price of what you think it worth comparing it to the other solution! |

I just stick a lift pump in the saddle tank instead of relying on the siphon tube which is inadequate at filling the oem surge tank. We've done this for years and it solves the fuel starvation issue at all but the lowest fuel levels.
Now since working with these pump lids and having to seal the hole for wiring totally sucks, I would pay $399. Its about 2 hours labor, the left over oem pump, and some basic wiring ($250). Safety would be my biggest concern with having say a 1-2 liter Molotov cocktail in the engine bay

Thanks for the feedback. It could be stuck in the trunk or anywhere else there is space. Placing it in the engine compartment doesn't really bother me since there is a firewall. Technically people in the back are sitting ON the fuel. I will have to build and test to see how well it works.
