Should be releasing soon in the US around end of summer!
What about engine internals ?

Any idea if this kit will come with a off the bat Ecutek tune or HKS proprietary piggyback tuning device preloaded with a tune for this Supercharger?

I know that we have been testing with HKS with a new Flash Editor which should be out at the same time. The flash editor will also come with the kit. Here is the Graph for the change with the new one and the old one we have been testing.

The Purple Line is the Injector Change

Probably its clock like that because of space also the coolant hose go right next to it. That 90 degree bend won't do anything because the piping is a lot bigger being a 2.5 inch so it makes up for it.

Could clarify that graph? What do you mean by injector change? Are those all with the same pulley?

What would be that thing in the back of the camshaft, where the auto transmission pump usually is?

I'm curious as to the compatibility of a direct bolt-on with the stock fuel system and the final numbers with their off the shelf tune that's included with the supercharger. kinda of like the way that Jackson Racing has their kit setup for those that off the bat doesn't want to change the injectors and fuel pump.

If you're not aware, the HKS blower is a Rotrex-type in that it uses rollers and friction fluid instead of gears to turn the impeller.

I have only seen one non-Japanese dyno, and it didn't make any better power than the other Rotrex kits on the market.

The current HKS kit MSRP is $500-600 higher than other Rotrex kits. If you want this style of supercharger, I can't think of a single non-aesthetic reason to pick this kit over the Jackson and Kraftwerks kits. I would genuinely love to hear reasons why HKS is worth a premium, there seems to be very little information about them on the English-speaking internet.

Will be curious to see the pricepoint for this revised kit.

You're probably right in assuming that there is no functional benefit to justify the premium. Some people will pay more for an HKS logo in their engine bay
