HP with catless mani/frontpiper & intake mods

Been a while, ill give u guys an update. Maybe helpful info.. idk.

exhaust:
HKS 421 catless manifold, heat wrapped
Perrin overpipe
Tomei front pipe
stock resonator
berk muffler delete

impression, SUPER LOUD SETUP. cold start sounds like a bomb going off. After tune, exhaust note got a bit tamer. drone went down significantly

intake:
leg sports hyper intake (funnel/snorkel)
stock air box (gold heat foil wrapped)
TRD filter (from japanparts.com)
cusco inlet (gold heat foil wrapped)

butt dyno noticed the leg intake more than the cusco inlet.

Other bolt-on:
Beatrush crank pully

Tune:
Got my car tuned.. by "JR" at Prime motoring, http://www.prime-motoring.com/

Great service, competitive pricing, ill be going to them with everything else. (lots of... NA stuff, still planned)

nope, shell "v power" 93 octane. Ill be doing e85, and a throttle body soon, new trd filter aswell.

also note, the car had a fresh trans and engine oil change. Transmission was motul 300v, engine enos sustina 0-20.

209whp on 93 pump!? you don't have a baseline dyno by chance do you? not that i'm doubting your results, just haven't seen anyone break into the 200's without e85

Here is the thread
That was on a very cold day, uncorrected, and even his tuner said it was probably worth 10-15 HP. Still pretty good though.

no. no. no. that's a fucked-with mustang if i've ever seen one. without baseline numbers, it might as well say a million hp.

I don't see what all the fuss is about when talking Dynojet vs Mustang vs Dynapack. As long as your baseline and tuned passes are on the same dyno, you should get a good idea of how much a part/tune will increase your power, and how it will increase it. It doesn't matter whether it reads 50whp or 500whp, if your car sees a 5% power increase, you should be able to calculate gains based on your baseline on any dyno. Besides, you have to pay more attention to area under the curve and the relative gains instead of high peak numbers.

On another note, I don't particularly like that torque curve, it's got 2 dips instead of one, despite the overall increase. It looks like it would be frustrating to drive, and good luck driving above 6k all the time to avoid the 2nd dip.
