Ive driven cars with those mirrors positioned like that and they block an area that you need in the regular mirror. I get it that you're used to it and its comfortable for you, im just trying to make sure you can see everything. My name is is TRAVIS, if were ever at a meet together ask me about driving my car.

@nelsmar and I pulled into some areas which were shady as hell last night when doing the road tuning. Areas which you could just tell were bad to stay for long in, especially with a nice new car with expensive electronics in it.

I'm not going road tuning without my ankle backup again (b/c seated my primary gun isn't easily accessible).

The only true YOLO moment was when doing a 4th gear pull on the freeway and coming up hard (like > 30mph faster, and climbing) on an SUV one lane over.... only to realize said SUV was phoenix PD...

YOLO!

@nelsmar and @SirBrass if you'd like some good open road for tuning that isn't patrolled often, come down to the east side. From the 60 head north on Ellsworth and after about 4 miles you get a good open road for about 4 miles. Granted there are some turns and slight incline declines so just be prepared. Pretty good spot for practicing high speed maneuvers as well

Yeah, that's a little far out. The I-17 proved just fine.

And I'm blowing the shadiness out of proportion for sake of #coolstorybro & b/c in hindsight, it's funny.

Well, it's got some truth to it. Every holiday, I hear AK47 gun fire come from the Mexican ghetto just south of me. (24th St & Southern). I hear dog fights once a month. In the first year I lived here, a car in our community got Molotov'd. My car will always be garaged.

Thus why I like to live North of the I-10, even if just barely.

Most I've heard personally in this city is some domestic fights (usually with the woman screaming at the guy... poor bastard) and seen some gnarly auto wrecks. No gunshots... yet. I've been living here for about 7 years.

Mind the north end of I17. It may or may not be empty enough for 60 over, but the enforcement officers will likely frown upon it. Just sayin. You know, probably.
