My Jeep has a 117 Amp alternator and runs factory lockers and extra light and is built to support the factory Warn winch option (that few people got). The twins come with a 130 Amp alternator so I don't think you need to worry about an upgrade.

Shiv,

Those really are perfect looking curves. Very nice job on the tune.

Regarding batteries, I have the Powersonic starter battery and dump pack. All three batteries fit in the OEM battery holder with room to spare. Initially I had concerns about using such a small battery for starting (my main concern was parasitic loss) but I have found that the Powersonic battery can hold a charge for over 4 weeks (but not 8 weeks) during inactivity.

it would also be good to get the numbers for a brz/frs with headers and full exhaust with this kit.

sorry if the data was posted already... its hard to find in these 150 pages
All my gains on the first page are with a completely stock FRS and just the Phantom TQ250 ESC and a tune.

I went from 168hp stock to 202-205hp boosted.

Torque went from 140tq to 175-180.

Largest gain in torque was in the middle of the dip where i went from 116tq to 175tq

Will upgrade to the twin dump pack set-up since the TQ300 is more current hungry than the TQ250 (voltage drops to 19.0v towards the end of the dyno pull). According to Rob, dual dump packs will hold voltage better and could be worth another 10whp. All said and don't, it would be nice to see 230whp on pump gas which seems perfectly feasible.

This basically tells me I want the header... question is how do I convince my wife I NEED it?

Same reason she "needs" five pairs of shoes that all look identical to you?

I cheap'd out and went with the free shipping on the batteries. Hope it doesn't bite me in the ass and take forever. It's difficult for me to part with money.
