I did not get any CEL for leaks, both boost or coolant leaks. Boost leak you notice the idle hunts and the rev jumps up and down. Coolant leak in manifold car is very jerking when pulling off but fine when you wot and the coolant leaks from the bottle cap. Obviously the coolant leaking from pipe is visible and the coolant level drops, should notice white drops from dry coolant where it is leaking. |

I am tempted to buy a smaller pulley. I have been on the stock pulley now for about 6 months with no issues. I really just want to see how much of a difference the 72.5 or 70mm will make. Any impressions from anyone on this after a pulley swap?

I got dyno chart showing each pulley, although must consider the tune is still being fine tuned so don't look at the actuals gains.
Will put up in a few secs |

I'm waiting on my cat-back to come (on Friday) and then plan to install on Saturday and get up to @PureAutomotive early next week for a dyno to compare apples to apples. I did 237whp on the 75mm non-intercooled last time there (although it was 101 degrees ambient temps). I'm hoping for 270whp this go around (on an ethanol blend). I will put together a video.

@Ryan86
I'm assuming that is the boost plot in bar? Was that from the MAP sensor or a gauge? 72.5mm = 10.6psi 70mm = 11.6psi

Seems worth a shot. I made 258whp on the stock 75mm pulley, non intercooled kit, axle back and e70. If i can make another 15 or so whp I'd be happy.
