Yes, It's a perf jacket. It's available in a few color ways. There is also a White with little black detail.

I recommend 303cycle great local motorcycle gear store. I picked up my rs taichi gp evo gloves from there. Their website needs some work though, they have more than they show on their website. So giving them a call is recommended.

I like STG as well although their return policy (motorcyclegear.com has the best return service) leaves a bit to be desired. Might get the bell star cerwinske from them but I want to see how the helmet fits first. Or I might just stick with shoei.

I like Arai but they they just seem overly expensive. Great quality helmets though.

and btw newenough is now motorcyclegear.com

I got RSD Speedfreak carbon for $400 from Cyclesector. LOL retail is $650.
He hooked me up because he couldn't get Star Hess for me when he said he could. I might be lucky to get that killer deal.

Some brands let dealers get their products at about 60% of full retail price. Most of those brands are Helmet brands. If you can haggle, just do it when you buy a helmet.

Arai's are pricey, but they really are the best money can buy. If you get lucky and can buy last year's models, you can get some ridiculous discounts. Some of them can be 50% off.

I recommend you to try high end Shark helmet. I had RSR2, and it's light years better than my Bell Star Carbon. I crashed in it and flew a few feet. The carbon kevlar shell didn't get a scratch, only some part of the paint was chopped off. I compare both Shark RSR2, and Arai Corsair V and RX Q, Shark RSR2 is a better helmet. Other people may feel different, that's why I suggest checking the helmet out.

.......ouch RSR2 was replaced with Race R and Race R Pro.

The last time I called Diego was for a set of Type 3 Medium BT003's. His prices were almost too good to pass up but that tax. My buddy bought his RS Taichi GMX Motion jacket from him and he discounted it a lot from retail.

I'd kill myself because riding something like that WELL requires much more athleticism and skill than I have or plan on developing. Sure, responsibility is on me, and responsibility for me means my vehicle runs out of ability before I run out of talent. Would you put a green rider on a literbike? Would you put someone who has only ridden Cruisers on a literbike? It's a lot easier to ride beyond your skill when your bike is so much more capable than your skill.

This is the same reason some people don't do certain drugs. Because they know they'd like them too much, too hard, and end up a little too dead.
Given that you already know how to ride a motorcycle gives you the advantage. You don't have to start off with a liter bike and I have many friends who took the MSF and never rode a bike in their life. They bought a used 650 twin and 600 as their first bike and are still riding today, some even racing.

I do agree that canyon carving and having access to canyons can lead to increase accidents but you can still ride w/out dragging your knee. It's all of a matter of experience and I believe you shouldn't limit yourself b/c all motorcycles are fun to ride. "Know your limits and ride within them"

Good to know. I will shoot him an email if I plan on getting back to riding.

I don't ride at all since I'm too short but you guys seem to have quite a plethora of information that I find really useful.
I shop Dennis Kirk but mainly I just find out what I like and want and buy it on Ebay. I've saved a TON of money buying on Ebay.

Well it looks like I will be kicking the BRZ can down the road for a little while. I was looking at pics. on the board the other day and telling my wife about dealers starting to mark up prices over MSRP. She said to me, "Why don't you stop messing with that stupid little car and go get us another motorcycle? I really miss our bike."
So this weekend I went and bought a 2010 Victory Cross Roads. The bike only has 780 miles on it. Guys wife had a baby and didn't want him riding it. I'm pumped!!! should pick it up later this week once funds finish transferring.

Now that is some excellent logic. that's just some good stuff right there.

Ride safe.

Only Arai I was interested in was the RX-Q and I almost never see any sales or deals on them.

@Dark, how do you like your RSD speedfreak?
