Filled up with clear gas (no ethanol) and have no chirping as of yet even after hard driving. Maybe it is the gas....

Where are you sourcing your N.E. fuel in Gresham?

2515 E. Powell. It's not name brand but they are the only non ethanol gas station in the area at 3.99 a gallon. So far so good. No chirping

Make sure you ask for it at the pump.

Pretty sure the problem lies in ethnol gas... Ontario shell 91 is ethnol free unlike US shell gas... Try a run with clear gas and see if the chirping stops

As long as toyobaru allows the crickets to survive, no cricket thread is truly dead...they'll come back just like the crickets.

No chirp so far and i am at 13k km. But i only use Shell, Chevron 94 octane or Costco gas ( Which is Shell). Shell 91 and Chevron 94 are ethanol free.

i"ve read through all the threads and read the TSB here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21868 about the chirping noise from the HPFP. since all the dealer will be able to do is replace it with another stock pump, and the problem would likely still persist, does anyone think getting an aftermarket pump would fix the issue?

I don't think anybody makes an aftermarket pump to replace it with. This is the high pressure pump on the engine that supplies the direct injectors.

Not yet, someone on the forum here if ,I remember correctly, went to the extreme and wrapped the area around the pump and the pump itself in some sort of sound deadening material. Other than that there is no fix at least not for awhile also other cars I have driven with HPFP that run off camshaft lobes for DI occasionally get a squeak like the FR-S/BR-Z. I highly doubt there will be a fix to this as toyota and subaru have written this off as "normal" now.
