Open cap and probably stuff some towel around the cap as the coolant will pill with the bubbles come out. When ur engine water is hot enough then rev your car to aid recirculation. You should immy feel hot air. Rev for few more minutes and all bubble shall be gone.

The heat works fine, just needed to let it warm up a bit.
