James from Sunset Detailing did a fantastic job on my car. He came out on my schedule (Sunday morning) and spent about 4 hours doing paint prep. Just ask for James: sunsetdetailingoc@gmail.com

Tuan from GlossworksLA does the best job i know.
He did my car for detail work and does the protective coating. i think he uses a brand thats better than opticoat. he does even High end cars!

I went with James from Sunset Detailing after going through all of the forums and shopping around. He was very thorough and informative as others have also pointed out. I personally did not have a location to work at since my apartment does not allow working on cars (no idea where I'll go to wash my own car), and he was able to provide a garage and worked on everything. I would recommend him again to anyone else looking to get opti-coating done. He gives the forum guys a discounted $400 rate which has been the lowest price I've seen. In our session, he also mentioned that Mike is no longer doing opti-coating due to career advancements (for those still waiting for pm of his contacts).
