I feel for you. I can't imagine what I'd do if I kept losing belts, like you have. I only have a few thousand miles on my supercharger, with the RB belt. I'm running the 70mm pulley too. I've done a road trip, a hard track day, and drive my car daily. I've yet to break a belt, and I don't see any indication of it happening.

I'd pester Innovate. Something just isn't right.

Same here, the smaller belt gone. Do you have aftermarket crank pulley? I have the Perrin, I'm going to install the stock pulley and see.

How many miles are you and @wrxgoose getting on a belt? Like I said, I ran my car to Vegas...ran a full track day...and drive it daily. My belt seems to be fine.

You should be fine, I'd just drive it easy until you can get it re-tuned.

I can't see any issues with running a non-IC tune on a car with a IC. It just means you won't gain any power. The only advantage of the IC is to make intake temps more consistent anyway,. it won't make you any more power, it just makes the power more reliable.

The belt on mine is fine and I think there's just over 3k on it and I have the Perrin engine crank pulley on as well.

Damn Goose, that sucks. Have you talked to Innovate about this? I can't believe they haven't helped you out on this.

By any chance can you get a hold of a dial indicator and magnetic base? I think it's time you took some measurements to see if you have a slight run out issue. Also, if the ridges of the pulley are touching the center of the valleys of the belt that could cause premature wear.

I've got a dial indicator and would be willing to ship it to you if you pay for the shipping. But I doubt that would be at all advantageous after the shipping was paid.

Edit, have all of these belt been on the same SC pulley?

I'm having a local company (Nameless Performance) make me a metal intake tube to replace the plastic innovate one. They are also ceramic coating then powder coating it red as well and adding a meth hole for future meth injection upgrade. I'll take a pic of it once I get it and put it on. Should bring out the sound a little more and keep the temps down, plus look much better.

Stock crank pulley, and every belt that I've lost has been with the 75mm pulley. To be perfectly honest, I'm convinced it's because of the tensioner, but I'm still gonna go to a speed shop up here and have them check the alignment of all the pulleys

Pretty sure @sw20kosh experimented with a meth injection setup, ended up ditching it eventually. Right?

How is your tensioner, and what's the part code on your belt?

tensioner is fine.. I thought i heard a little chirp from the bearing but i can't tell if it is the fuel pump or if it is might be the bearing. It only makes a sound every once in a while..
