Corrosion will spread like wildfire with a wrap on. No bueno for a street car.

He's never going back.

The entire bottom of our engine is covered so water should not be a concern unless you have a vented hood. I ceramic coated my turbo manifold and downpipe and then wrapped the downpipe as well. I have no worries of anything getting on it.

I wrapped my header. I first painted the header with a high temp paint. Then wrapped the header. Then sprayed the header with the silicone spray. Doubt that the wrap will rust my header out faster with these precautions.

Does header ceramic coating or wrapping help reduce cabin noise/drone/etc?

I'm looking into the FA20Club EL Header, and debating getting it ceramic coated.

Go Ceramic. I did on my JDL UEL and temperatures are drastically reduced. Plus the chrome thermal coating looks badass. Heat wrap has the potential to start fires, mainly with turbo setups if oil gets on it. It gets so hot where I am in the summer that any chance I can to reduce temperatures is a plus.
