PSS are 300TW, so you're actually at -1 (negative one) points. You'd be in the stock class.

If you mod your car mid season and it bumps you up a class, your points do not carry over and essentially you would be starting over in the new class. But this does mean you could finish top 3 in multiple classes. ![]() Also on a sidenote - if any of you are planning on showing up for the 86 Cup tomorrow, when you pick up your transponder for timing purposes (and you should, they're free!) make sure you tell the timing guy that you'll be running in the 86Cup and which class you're going to be in. This will ensure your times are parsed for the Cup and it will help make the final tallys for the day move more smoothly! If you have any questions regarding which class you'll be in, feel free to find me, @CSG Mike or @mav1178 and we'll get you sorted out.

Why won't the points carry over if we switch classes?

We don't want people gaming the system by running stock all year ad winning, and then switching to Mod, and entering the class with more points than everyone else already in the glass.

Question: Why are the first three sessions the ones that are counted for the "fastest time of the day"?
Speaking from my beginner class experience during the 1st round of the 86CUP, the first session was a drive-around while following a lead car. Basically, we now have only 2 sessions left (out of 5) to try and achieve our best time, and it seems that that's not enough time to actually "learn" the track. In fact, I achieved my best time on the 5th/final session, but it wasn't counted in the final scores. Can't we count sessions 2/3/4 or anything except the first one? Not complaining, just asking/suggesting.

We do the first 3, because a lot of people like to leave around 2pm or so; we want to make sure that they still have a chance to collect any prizes they might win
