faulty a/f o2 sensor

my check engine light came on the code said faulty heater in the a/f o2sensor so I had a new one installed at the dealer and the code is still there they think its the relay....my car is boosted and i have a af guage at idle the car is very rich around 10.9 and its very lean during normal driving trying not to drive it unless I have to... any ideas?

My boy had the problem in his ms3 a good pro tune solved this problem

I text my tuner he said to check all the wires from the sensor to the ecu going to let a subie tech look at it sat

Running lean could be an actual tuning issue

Who did the install on your a/f gauge? Is it tapped into the stock front O2 sensor, or is there an extra sensor installed for it?

It's possible that the wiring for the gauge is mucking things up.

found the problem the fuse for the o2 sensor blew out changed it drove fine till I was under boost and let off it came back on .. the fuse blew again checked the second o2 sensor that was lower down the down pipe we found it was hitting the engine going to relocate the o2 sensor today... great job by toni at fa20club with the position of the o2 sensor
