Yes please.

I liked this one from sema, but it was a one off I would like to see something like a universal version of the borla, I like how it looks more integrated with the plastic bumper rather hanging way below it and sticking out the sides.

I would guess that the drag reduction won't change much, if any, but some downforce will be lost.

Yes! I like the looks and sizing of the TRD and Borla diffusers, but don't want to run a TRD or Borla exhaust so I have had high hopes riding on you releasing a "lite" version of your diffuser which is much more universal than the other designs.

I feel like the goal of your full size diffuser is to obtain the best possible aero results relative to the original aerodynamics of the car (improving upon), where as the other diffusers out there are trying to restore the original aerodynamics to the car rather than improve upon them. In other words, your big diffuser goes above and beyond just covering up the cavity created by switching to smaller/differently shaped or placed mufflers.

The other two diffusers that I know of (TRD and Borla) are both only trying to cover up the cavity under the car that you create by installing their exhausts so neither is really trying to be an improvement over stock aero-wise, but rather they are like band-aids to get BACK to stock levels of air-slippyness (that could be a word).

Some of us out there (well, at least me) only want that band-aid solution, and are less concerned with having the best possible track-oriented aero performance out of the car (the apparent intent your original diffuser) but instead just want to avoid winding up WORSE off than stock aero-wise after installing an aftermarket exhaust.

I want something subtle, light, and functional... but the only function I really need out of it is maintaining a stock level (or better) of aero performance out of those aftermarket exhausts which create all sorts of eddy-current-and-turbulence-inducing pockets under the car.

I'd bet that'll be exactly right. The vertical strakes are considerably smaller and a different shape, so the behavior of the air will change and be slightly less controlled upon exit of the car. The base plate is looking to be about 3-4 inches shorter off the trail edge so the air will be released sooner also, which may slightly reduce the 'drag reduction' since the airflow will try to swirl upwards sooner and closer to the rear of the car.

Overall, I'll bet it still performs great and be a very nice compromise between nothing and the "race mode" one.

Pretty sure that exhaust required little 1" spacers to fit due to the massive cans on the evo3. Jeremy might be able to chime in.

Getting closer! I have to keep things a little tighter until they're finished now.
